Why does Puerto Rico have a say in our Primary Elections? I just really dont know and cant find out the answer. Thanks.

They can't vote in the GE, but they have influence on the selection of the GE candidates.
Warm, fuzzy, "but they're DEMOCRATS" responses aside, I'd like to hear input on this, too.
