Clyburn endorsement theory

First of all I wonder why he would announce so early the time and date he would announce. I strongly believe his endorsement will be for Obama. I'm also beginning to wonder if he could be the one to release the House endorsements all at once? I'm trying to figure out if the Obama people have a strategy as to how they want these people released or not. I'm not going to second guess them because they have been very successful so far. I truly hope he can give the rally tomorrow when he has reached the magic number.
