She ended the 5 month campaign by giving a nice speech to her supporters. She is clearly going to concede this week, endorse Obama, and start campaigning for him. This speech said exactly what the media said it would say all day. Please stop being so consumed by hatred that you are unable to see what will obviously happen soon.

20. Just like everyone is so 'blinded by hate' they want to impeach Bush... got it.
No, she could never be like Bush. But the point is that the people who are blind are the ones who refuse to see why their candidate is generating such disdain.

Yer girl has been very poorly behaved, and the examples have been laid at the feet of her supporters... but they will not look.
Meanwhile, all the accusations flung at Obama evaporate from complete lack of truth or substance.

It's not 'hatred' dear, it's righteous despise.

3. And when McCain loses, will you also support him if he doesn't quit
and it takes a week or two to finally stop saying, "but I wanna be president!"?

6. Sure.
She hasn't been desperate to do McCain's work for him in advance. They're already using her attacks against Obama.

She could be gracious in defeat, but she refuses. That makes her a loser rather than a runner-up.

Stop acting like she's going to make the right decision for the greater good after weeks and months of helping the GOP against the nominee we knew we'd have in February.

If she does concede this week? Fine. But she has a lot of work to do to fix the damage she has done.

10. Your'e right.
I really feel bad for the Clinton supporters who swear they'll vote for McCain, thereby losing the right to choose and continuing the policies of Bush/Cheney. THAT is hatred.

14. I haven't seen a Clinton supporter here saying they'll vote for McCain...
but then, DU isn't America...it's just a message board. The real hatred comes from those folks who call people obscene names and say other vile things which seems to be rampant here at DU.

I agree with your OP. I hope people don't freak out that she didn't do it tonight. Would've been nice, though.

23. I am not sure meeting low expectations is a good thing
she had the power tonight to make a big unifying appeal, and it looked as if she was on the very cusp of it, and then went back to low expectations.
