6. Maybe a compliment...
I think it was his clumsy way of making a compliment... He did follow it up by mentioning how Obama brought it to the republicans in their own house.

13. I think what was happening in that crowd was beyond "camera-work and showmanship"
That's the insidious bullshit the media does that sways opinion. I say we should NEVER AGAIN STAND FOR IT.

We have EVERYTHING to lose if we let our guard down now.

22. Thank you,.(Jeebus- I thought I was in the Twilight Zone)
Who are these "morans"?
They've gone back to sleep already if they were ever awake at all. I am wary of this place now. I haven't posted in a long while because everyone was just too insane and now it seems everyone is still deaf and dumb to the tactics that cause all our efforts to be chewed up and spit back out as something "crafted and contrived".

The real would hit them over the head like a ton of bricks..... yet they refuse to die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11. Not really....
Look at the other two speeches.
Look in the audience, I was carefully looking at the audience in McShame's crowd. Not one person of color. Did they drive them out of New Orleans. Senator Walnuts didn't even pronounce it correctly. The size of the crowd was microscopic compared to Obama's. The people at Obama's event were much more enthusiastic. Obama's speech was the best. He was courtious, magnanimous, and engaging. He both stated his respect for his opponents, and went right back at McAncient, and took him on on his own issues.

Sorry, between the energy, and enthusiasm, the number of people, the issues, and the cameramanship, as well as the content of the speech told me that the Obama camp has their ducks in a row, and McAin't's camp has an insurmountable amount of ground to catch up on.

I have to agree with Tweety on this one, sorry. He's correct for a change.

24. But it wasn't camera work and showmanship! That implies something false. it was a real man and real
supporters. That is the difference.

12. He thought it was a complement and a knock on McCain's campaign because its all
spectacle to him. It's true mass media can eat your brain should you suckle it too long. "Bright lights...shiny...Me thinks Old Man McSame need big spotlight...drrrr...disco...ball...and duhhhhh...rhinestone encrusted American flag to win." Or so says tweety.

16. Very good everyone. Very good. Let's let the media take this victory and
flush it right down the fucking toilet.

I heard it and I heard it in context and it was wrong of him to say it. It was the wrong choice of words...or are you just bitter because your candidate didn't get to make that speech in front of that crowd?

Give it away. Give it all away to these egotistical bastards in the media who will say ANYTHING to raise a stink. To change the tenor of a situation. Tweety is a Master Fuckster and you'll be watching this go down the tubes as you congratulate yourselves on your high opinion of his poor choice of words.

Nicely done.

And Tom Brokaw has gone senile, repeating that Obama had "the easiest speech to give." What the fuck? Send him to bed. It is well past his bed time.
