I know this is not a popular sentiment, but I really came to respect HRC as a fighter, even as my support for Obama grew over the last few months...I know she didn't always do what was best for the party in her fight, but she is tenacious, and there is something about that I, for one, cannot help but admire. Having said all that, I am, as a 35 year old, looking forward to voting Democratic for the first time in my life this November. Obama is someone who has inspired me to look beyond my own economic interest for the first time in my life (that had been my most important criteria for voting for someone in the past ), and I look forward to Obama's eight years of true leadership and the 'compassion' that I was promised the last two times I voted for the wrong person.

To you, and in advance, to all of my new friends and colleagues. Also, thanks to Obama, the man who made finally made being a Democrat make sense to me.

Dems are a pretty good lot and we've just gotten better with you on board.
A toast to you and the man who inspired you.

I never had much economic interest to look out for, being part of the hanging onto the middle class but barely at times artist type.
I believe in smaller government, personal responsibility and some sensible conservative values just as John Adams did. however it has become clear that today's Republicans are spendthrifts who sell out American jobs to China and support welfare for big corporations.
So, Billdcon, glad you're seeing the light!

He's stronger for it and is much more ready to take on the Repugs.
Onward to November.

13. Sell it at an auction then and send the money to Hillary |
|
so my hard-earned donations to Obama don't have to pay the debt she foolishly ran up because she thought Operation Chaos types would tide her over.
