1. Obama's calling the shots now
But I think ultimately unification will take the entire election to actually complete, at least until September.

5. The conflict between the left and right wings of the party will not end with the nomination.

7. That would be the same position of those pursuing perpetual war.
I think that position is insane, recycling NEEDLESS division and destruction.

There are people who thrive off division and destruction.

6. Seriously,...there are more members here advocating the ANTI-DEMOCRATIC notion,....
,...we can NOT unite,...for common causes?

That's just,...complete and total BULLSHIT,...unless you are totalitarian-AFFLICTED,...a disease associated with modern USA executive branch elites who only know "FREEDOM" as the kind that OPPRESSES THE LESSOR AMONG THEM including ALL CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!

Hell the fuck OOOOOOO!!!! :banghead:

All I can say for those who vote for NEVER being able to unite is this: WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL IN THIS NATION,....unless, of course, it's either desperation (powerlessness) or profit?

Incredible.

I am seeing "Good Germans" way too often,...and it can be rather scary EXCEPT,...we're MORE INDEPENDENT than they were. That economic independence is SINKING FAST at the behest of this fascist movement.

9. Let the purges begin.
No, but seriously, I've seen that proposition put numerous ways in the last week.

Then again, it pops up from time to time vis-a-vis either DU or the dem party.

And I can't see the disunity as being just one self-righteous, arrogant side's fault. Both sides do it. Black anger if Obama loses, white woman anger if HRC loses; a generation of youngsters who'll be so disillusioned and made cynical if their candidate loses. Makes you think everybody has to win, at a minimum. Vote for me or my tribe'll make it so your tribe loses. The rules have to be observed--no, no, not *those* rules, that would help you, we need to observe *these* rules, they help us.

Partisanship as principle. And we wonder why revolutions eat their own children.

13. That is just silly! UNLESS, you are a full-time politico who hasn't a CLUE about reality.

I find your post, revolting.

This nation does not operate in 'tribes', THESE DAYS.

How dare you cast the struggles of others, including yourself, on this nation.

IT IS DISGUSTING!!!!

The ONLY revolutionaries who "eat their own children" are and always will be those who seek to divide and possess.

What's sick is, and the whole world conceives it, people who justify oppression and violence,...and will do so to the point of BUYING a governance intended to SERVE DEMOCRACY e.g. THE PEOPLE,...and BUY TIME TO FLAT OUT FUCKING LIE.

Of course,...democracy is merely another commodity, in a FREE MARKET where human beings are a gadget, these days,...THEE "FREEDOM" perpetually advocated by those LOYALISTS who advance OFF IT,...that ultimate human evil,...trade of human beings.

BAH!

I am sure you are beneath, or above or around all that, Sir.

Whatever.

until it hits you

11. There is no magical moment. This is a process.
Those of you who want instant gratification are not being realistic. The tides will turn, people's hearts will move on...but it's sad that so many people won't give us time.

12. It's going to happen at different times for different people.
Everybody has to go through the four stages of grief. Just reading the posts on this board you can see that some are still in denial, some are angry, some are bargaining (popular vote!), some are depressed, and some have even accepted it already. Just let everybody grieve at their own pace, and hopefully we'll all come together in the fall.
