More Information About Greta Van Sustern's Husband

Last week there was a post about Greta Van Sustern's husband and whether he was a democrat.

I found this over the weekend in the washington post I believe (I don't have the link at this moment)

"We had a whole network of attorneys from the tobacco wars that I got money from," said John P. Coale, a trial lawyer who began raising money for the campaign in 2002 and eventually recruited others to help out. "You get to the point where you're managing other people."

"In a few cases, those names have earned some unflattering attention. "Mr. Coale, the trial lawyer, has faced disciplinary action in three states because of the aggressive way his firm solicited fire and accident victims as legal clients. Two years ago, he was barred by the Indiana Supreme Court from practicing law in Indiana after he sent videotapes, personal letters and brochures to survivors and relatives of those killed in a plane crash."

Mr. Coale, who is married to the television commentator Greta Van Susteren, has said he does not quarrel with being called an ambulance chaser. But he points out that the Washington bar looked into the Indiana case and declined to censure him. "This is a battle I've fought and won, and there's no wrongdoing anywhere," Mr. Coale said."

When I went on www.newsmeat.com and checked out Mr. Coale's campaign contributions, I did not find one to Kerry - and found just a couple of contributions period. Sort of interesting.

1. Interesting info. I hate ambulance chasers and hope he didn't

get any business. That doesn't affect my opinion, one way or the other, of Greta. Remember Carvelle and who he's married to! I'd still like to spend a day or two as a fly on the wall in their house!
