3. Very assured and classy performance

Was given the opportunity to trash Dean and didn't. Said all the nominees are qualified, based on Bush's inexperience going into 2000.

Spelled out the tactical mistakes of the Bush Administration on the War on Terror (didn't finish the job on OBL, got bogged down in Iraq, etc.). Points that all our candidates are making but, coming from four-star Wes, it carries more weight. Go figure.

Russert actually went easy on him; I think he's discovered it's no easy chore to match wits with Wes. Congratulated him on his new grandchild at the end of the interview.

Every time I see Clark, he impresses me....I just think he's so straight talking and no matter how Russert tries to rattle him...he answers in a calm and steady manner....

doesn't sound like a standard cowering beaten submissive dog Dem.

We already have too many of them in congress.
Most (with major exceptions like Kucinich, and Wellstone...)
have been complicit with the radical right that took over the
Repub party.

Clark is just brilliant and crisp and poised.
Incredibly impressive.
