Folks, this woman was perhaps the BEST orator in Congress during the seventies (After Adam Clayton Powell died) and was a pitbull who went after the craven Nixon with a vengeance! I remember my parents so loving her—along with others—that there was nearly a grass-roots movement to draft her for President.

What is it about Texas and those fiery female Dem politicos?

Jordan AND the late Ann Richards would have gotten a presidential vote from me any day of the week.

...and knew it was coming. Got off on arguing for arguing's sake as said, and reveled at playing not just “internet tough guy”, but “internet comic-book/graphic novel character”.
