Senator James Webb was not born in Virginia...
He was born in St. Joseph, MO - the same city as my wife. I really doubt all those claims about his ties to the Old Confederacy. For what it's worth...

2. I think he sympathizes with the Scots-Irish that fought for the
Confederacy out of duty.

Just like how some sympathize with our men and women in Iraq even though we don't support the Iraq war.
