15. He's an expert on the Constitution, which is exactly what we need, after Bush
and his cohorts have spent 7+ years ripping it to shreds.

14. great choices.
Turley probably would go for SCOTUS. It's less clear what Edwards wants (besides POTUS), but AG seems like the right post for him.

I believe there's some old stuff on Turley. Something to do with Area 51. I recall reading about it back in the Monica days when he was a talking head.

was representing workers at Area 51 who had been killed/injured by chemicals on the job. The government said the workers couldn't it would damage national security.

"The appeals court ruled that five current and former workers at
the base and the widows of the two dead workers, all represented by
Turley, are not entitled to learn whether hazardous substances exist
at Area 51 or how they are handled. The court also ruled that the
results of a federal inspection of the base and even its name could
not be disclosed. Turley's request for a rehearing was rejected on
April 24."

betcha there's a hardcore constitutional law wonk who's name we never heard of, who will do one hell of a job in the trenches. IMHO we'll need fresh blood.
