MSNBC: Democratic Veepstakes 2008 Interactive Picks from Sweet 16 to 1

After you vote, you get to see where the choices are standing - very interesting. The Biden VS Graham matchup was a hard one for me, otherwise, I blew right through it!

Comment on who you think will win!

1. Wesley Clark seems an obvious pick.
Lots of Foreign policy experience, appeal to vets, supported Hilary. Whats not to like?

2. Richardson isn't very popular
I'm not dissappointed in that. But, for pete's sake---Chris Dodd is off the chart now and Sam Nunn is still there?! I'm not for anyone who is 70 or over. We have to also be thinking who is presidential material. I like Wesley Clark and Evan Bayh. I also like Dodd, but, now that I think more about it, I'd hate to see the Senate lose a good Democrat.

12. he was going to beat any 1st term senator I think
because of the experience. Obama definitely needs a VP choice with some strong strength with middle America & white voters, or someone with a strong international affairs past.

13. if I only based my opinion of Richardson on his debate performances
I'd CRY if Obama chose him... thankfully, I've seen him not be so horrible since. He might work great, but I trust Obama will meet with his main choices (probably like 10 people???) and get a great feel for who will work great with him.

3. I also like the looks of Jack Reed
but I'd prefer Evan Bayh because I think he could deliver Indiana for Obama.

4. That was cool
and I wish they hadn't put Graham up against Biden.

11. I thought so too! and yeah, they should have put bloomberg versus Graham
being they're from two different regions and all. I think we should stay at 70 years old or under, but Graham has still got it, but we're looking for someone that can go 8 years. I chose Biden, but it hurt! lol

10. I agree - I picked Feingold - I'm guessing people, well,
I have no clue why, I'd say it's because of their opinion that Nunn has the foreign policy exp., but Feingold is a much better pick, however, Obama and Feingold are from a close region, that could have a small effect too.

14. Because
much as I like him, Feingold is probably not a realistic choice.

9. good point
Bloomberg should not be there, and I suppose neither should Hagel, even though I chose him in that single matchup. Warner should have one of their slots.

15. Bob Graham! He's been my pick from the beginning.
I think he can help in Florida and throughout the
south, and he was very vocally against the IWR.

I can see that he didn't "advance" in this Veepstakes,
but it was good to see him being considered.
