A couple attacks from brainwashed repukes |
|
I encountered these on a different forum. One talking about how Kerry hasn't done anything while he was in Senate, the other accusing us of voting against Bush and he is CURIOUS WHY BUSH IS A TERRIBLE PRESIDENT! Of course I know this is untrue. But I'd like to have a nice arsenal to respond with, because even though I've spoken numerous times of Kerry's record and why I would vote FOR Kerry, they just don't understand. Help me fellow DU'ers.

If some bozo really thinks that Bush is a GOOD or even GREAT president, they are delusional and you are not going to be able to convince them of anything. Why do you care if they UNDERSTAND you?
FUCK 'EM!

One of them claims to be an independent yet everything he says about Kerry shows clear evidence of Repuke brainwashing.
Come on, there are Senators who have only been serving for HALF the time KErry has served who have accomplished 10 times what he has done. What I fail to understand is how he won the freaking nomination. You guys had to have SOMEONE better than him!!
He actually said that. Sad.

He's got his mind made up. If he lives in a swing state, please take him out the day before election day and on election day and get him REALLY REALLY drunk, so that he can't go vote.

3. Bush is gutting the national treasury and raising the deficit for |

future generations to pay, and this is having adverse effects on the economy. We've lost 1.8 million jobs under him when we should be growing jobs. This is as simple as I can make it for them to see their personal interests are involved. Because if they are still asking they sure aren't interested in their social interests.

5. Pick up "Bushwacked" by Molly Ivins |

Each chapter is just one more example of how Bush is a bad president. If they really want to be stupid (and you can't do the "on vacation so we had 9/11" rant, try the "I like clean meat" example.
Bush accepted $59 Million from the meat packing industry; people in charge of the folks at the USDA started telling the Meat Inspectors they weren't to stop the line unless there was "a lot" of fecal matter on the meat because stopping the line, decontaminating everything and testing stuff at the end for e-coli and lysteria was expensive. I sat in a hospital room with a six year with e-coli for three months, three weeks of it while she was in intensive care on breathing machines; she lived, but a lot of other children don't. The man can rot in hell before I'd give him my vote if he doesn't understand how eating a hamburger at McDonald's shouldn't be a life threatening experience -- I want the USDA inspectors to have the power to do what they need to do to keep fecal matter off my meat!
