If we want to go all the way and do it right, then sure, but cherry picking a few high profile industries isn't a good plan.
Not also that Venezuela's price reflects their strong domestic production, a good domestic refining capacity and a pretty hefty subsidy and price control to maintain that number.
That said, I'm tempted to fly down to Venezuela and just buy gas and drive around for a few weeks.
