Let's hope that Kerry doesn't open a big lead in the polls |
|
The ket to everything this year is turnout. Turnout will sweep Bush to the oblivion he richly deserves. Turnout will return control of Congress to Democrats, where it belongs.
But if Kerry opens up a big lad in the polls, all these people who are registering for the first time, all these people who are motivated to vote even though they have never voted before, will just assume they aren't needed.
Kerry is not only going to win, he will win big. You can smell the fear coming from the Bush camp like a rotting corpse. But we need to take the Congress, too, or President Kerry will be fighting Republican congressional investigations for at least the next two years.

1. You are absolutely correct. Kerry is at his best when his back is |

up against the wall. I want him fighting fiercely until the last vote is cast.

I'm hoping the 18-24 demographic really surprises us this year. There are some local alternative stations that are really trying to get out the vote. I guess we'll see.
