Warrantless Spying on Domestic Terrorists under Obama? |
|
Edited on Mon Jun-23-08 02:36 PM by johnlal
How do you think the Republicans will respond if Obama exercises the expanded espionage powers against our traditional domestic terrorists, including Operation Rescue, Right Wing militia groups, gun show operators who sell to terrorists, the KKK and other hate groups, the Anthrax killer, etc?
Do you think the republicans will get concerned about civil liberties again, the way they were when Janet Reno was the Attorney General?

1. Under the Obama administration, you'll see a rebirth of the militia movement. |

Freepers will go back to what they were doing the last time there was a democratic president.
Running around the woods with guns, hating America, and blowing up federal day care centers.

most likely won't happen but I would also like to insist that evolution be a required topic from the pulpit if we have to teach creationism in public schools. Wow, will we all of a sudden want to redefine separation of church and state.

But by then it will be too late, and they won't be able to change it. But if Obama uses the law for his own agenda, then what's the difference, and where did the "Change" disappear to?
