"Support President Bush and Our Troops" |
|
This is the lawn sign that is popping up all over my neighborhood. It's always next to an official * lawn sign, so it's obviously being passed out by their campaign staff.
For some reason, this aggravates me more than just about anything -- and in light of all the swift boat crap -- that says a lot. I live in a safe Kerry state (Maryland) so I'm not worried about their effect, I just get so incredibly angry every time I drive by these things.
Just wanted to vent.

"Support our troops. John Kerry for President."
Edit: BETTER!

Elect a Veteran!"

6. How about "Support Kerry and our troops" as your lawn sign? |
|
Bush hasn't done anything for our troops...unless you count having almost a thousand killed and thousands more injured.

7. Brought to you by the same Rove Repugs who proposed the $87 billion |
|
$67b for the troops and $20b for rebuilding Iraq (no loans). If lawmakers didn't accept the total package they "weren't supporting the troops".
