McCain's Reckless Charge: Under Bush Foriegn Assistance going to terrorists

During the townhall meeting in PA today John McCain clearly said that money in our foreign assistance budget goes to countries that do not like us and ends up in the hands of terrorists. McCain is saying that under Bush American tax dollars are going to terrorists.

Senator McCain is now taking a page from Joe McCarthy. Find a sensational charge and make it without any proof.

What proof do you have Senator that American tax dollars have gone to terrorists?


If you have the proof of this outlandish charge then why don't you make it available?


Are you now accusing the Bush administration of being so reckless that they are knowingly diverting money into areas where the terrorists can get it and use it against us.
