What if Zell is just a huge Dem double agent???
probably the biggest tinfoil hat theory there is

imagine Zell comes up to give his big pro bush speech, but instead delivers a scathing attack on Bush and endorses John Kerry. Can you imagine scene at madison square garden?

2. I floated that one a while back
But I doubt it.

Zell isn't exciting enough to pull something like this off. Besides, I'm sure the RNC screens the speeches even harder than the Dems did.

3. That's fantasy..
...furthermore, it would be a pretty dirty trick. Zell has been voting Bush's agenda for a couple years now, he could have done far more damage by not giving Bush a "bipartisan umbrella" under which he was able to push his extremist agenda.

4. Drinking your lunch today are you?
Or smokin 'em funny cigarettes again?

Sure, I would LOVE IT, but I live in N. Ga. I don't claim to know Zell real well, but if he did something like that, he'd have to move! Remember, he's retiring. If he went home after doing something like that, his neighbors would kill him...literally!

Zell's democratic party is rightfully dead.
Google "Lester Maddox ax-handle negro", and you will go back to the party of Zell Miller, who was Maddox's chief of staff.

Damn right, Zell.

6. Where are all of the Zell Miller apologists on this board?
They were so adamant that Zell was an honorable man, despite the fact that he actively promoted the defeat of an incumbent Democratic Congresswoman, Cynthia McKinney.

Zell is a DINO god, and he is not the only one!

7. You know what would be better?
If the double agent was McCain. How many heart attacks do you think that would cause?

10. I've been seriously wondering if McCain won't do that...
sure it's a long shot, but he gave Bush* a chance to stop these attacks on the character of Vietnam vets and Bush* refused. Wouldn't it be great if McCain got out there and said that he just can't support a man who would stoop to these kinds of tactics? Probably not gonna happen, but it's nice to think about.

12. McCain won't do that. He has stated many many time that he is
was, and always will be a Republican. He does fight the neocons, but he wouldn't embarrass his party like that. Before he would do that, I think you'd hear he was suddenly taken ill, and sorry he just can't attend the convention. (true or not.)
