I've read Dairy queen uses goat milk.

It's around but you might have to do some looking depending where you live.

Sounds like a good business to go into!

6. Goat milk is pretty good.

I have changed to Goat milk --- yoghurt, milk, cheese and occasionally butter.

The protein structure is better for humans.

Also read something about it not containing a compound that is in cow milk that tends to create scar tissue in arteries.

Also, hormones are not used.

Xylitol is now my choice for sugar when used - very infrequent. It can be bought in packets much like sugar, but at health stores.

7. Yes, you can order it bulk on the web, too. If you use it regularly, it stops tooth decay according

to my dental hygienist. Starves out the bacteria that causes decay.

4. Ice cream for diabetics

There are quite a few brands available here in Oklahoma that are made with Splenda...most are ice cream bars and less than 20 grams of carbs per bar, Breyers and Blue Bunny make these. Also, Braums Ice Cream and Dairy Stores carry Carb Watch low carb ice cream.

8. You can make your own in 20 minutes with a Cuisinart Ice Cream maker.

They aren't terribly expensive, and you can use Splenda and whatever kind of milk and yogurt you want to in it.

My kids gave me one for Mother's Day, and I love it. The only problem I have had is finding room on the kitchen counter for it!
