I just really want to say this. Yell it, actually. |
|
I UTTERLY DETEST JOHN MCCAIN.
He's revolting. He's stupid. He's arrogant. He's a hateful war mongering piece of... work.
I hate the cadence and tone of his speech.
I hate his ugly, smug face.
I hate his lying bullshit about being independent and a "maverick".
I can't stand Cindy.
The thought of the two of them in the White House scares the shit out of me and makes me want to
:puke:
That is all.

a peaceful solution so that a war remains an idea rather than a reality.

He is clearly out of his league in this election. By the end of it he will be close a laughingstock I believe. Remember when his campaign was declared dead in the primaries and he was literally reduced to a song and dance routine? I predict a return to that by the end of this thing and it will leave a man that at one point not so long ago generally respected a fractured wreck of what he once was.

it bothers me that the polls are so close. some people are just plain stupid. they don't follow politics the way we do. they think "oh well, he's been a senator for a long time and he's was a POW -- i guess he's okay". i've heard this statement and it scares the hell out of me.

I think this campaign is taking an unbelievable toll on him even with weekends off. He looks more and more lost every day. I am betting on him dropping out before november or just taking a licking for the team one of the two. He wont be president.

McCain, to me, looks half-dead already and appears to be honestly losing his mind. Assuming nothing hideously damning comes out about Obama (which seems unlikely) and assuming a halfway honest count, McCain is toast.

" I know how to win wars". In WHAT fucking universe!
How many times do you have to deny the existence of the Czech Republic? I can see doing it once or twice, but how many times is it now? You would think that one of his handlers would have at least picked up on it and given him a warning.
The thought of John McCain being President, to quote a certain wise person from AZ, sends SHIVERS down my spine. I want a bumper sticker that says "McCain does not make me feel safe".
And what the fuck, NATO troops in Afghanistan? "The same strategy for Iraq will now be used in Afghanistan...the surge I championed". Does he really believe this shit, or is he just hoping that he continues to get away with it.

like Romney or Huckabee. President McCain and VP Another Insane Rethug.
Strange as it may seem, by the standards of most Repug voters, McCain isn't insane and or sleazy enough. So they will have to make that ticket even more toxic by picking the craziest Republican they can find. It will be an uber religious nut like Huckabee or some uber hawkish, libertarian type like Romney or Guiliani.
