IF Hagel is the VP candidate, will the ES&S fix be in for us?

Sorry if this has come up before. Senator Hagel still co-owns with the conservative republican paper the Omaha World Herald. If we do believe ES&S has had a hand in changing results (I do), would this be the year we get those votes back?
