Gaffer McBlunder's campaign hits Obama for being totally against genocide (seriously)

BUSTED: McCAIN'S MENDACIOUS GENOCIDE HYPOCRISY

<…>

The obvious implication being that Obama is now flip flopping his stance toward genoicde from being tolerant of it under certain circumstances (especially when it comes to Iraq) to being an absolutist against it.

<…>

Now, put aside the argument adavanced by people such as Obama's former foreign policy advisor Samantha Power that the West COULD have stopped the slaughter there, and were at best criminally negligent in failing to do so.

McCain's hypocrisy here is stunning. As far back as 1994 he was saying exactly what his campaign is now attacking Obama for uttering. And as recently as MAY of this year – just two months ago] -- McCain was mentally wrestling with whether or not US military intervention would have done any good to stop the "slaughter" in Rwanda.

I dearly hope the mendacious, and immoral nature of the McCain campaign is exposed on this issue. McCain is anything but a straight talker, or even honorable. The man only cares about winning at all costs. He is completely shameless in his lying and pandering. This, more than anything else, is what he shares most in common with the current occupant of the white house.

ADDENDUM: Adding to the outrage meter on this is the fact that Cindy McCain is on a tour of Rwanda as we speak! Cindy, to her credit, has been outspoken on that issue for some time. Although, not enough to convince her husband to support intervention into the country to stop the genoicide in the first place. Had key Republicans such as John MCcain supported interventin in 1994 (a watershed election year -- not coincidentally) -- Bill Clinton might have felt hae had political cover to do something.

2. So McCain thinks Obama supports the troops, apple pie and genocide?
McCain needs 3 squares, some rest and 4 padded walls.
