Watching him speak in Berlin, and given the enormous problems we face, Barack Obama could very well
become one of the greatest Presidents our country has ever seen.

I'm stunned by the possibilities for our future that are now apparent. If this man who has come to us can find the determination within himself to do it, he will change the way we and the rest of the world live forever.

2. I thought the very same thing. And I worry about the forces who will try to stop it all.

other. The other side of me says Obama has to work within a certain framework, neither going right nor far left. He can be destroyed by the media quickly and easilly if he appears to threaten the status quo.

And naturally this is dependent on an Obama win in November.

7. Man, he'll surely face some tough problems. Will he be able to make enough
headway on critical issues in every policy area? He's got the tools and I'm grateful that finally we'll have our best minds working on issues...but he could perform brilliantly and we could still be hurting in four years in terms of health, economic, energy, and environmental issues.

9. History will prove, America HAD TO ELECT George Bush...
to clear the way for a Barack Obama presidency.

Why did I say that?

Simple.

Look to the previous worst president ever.

America HAD TO ELECT James Buchanan to clear the way for an Abraham Lincoln presidency.

11. I'll tell you this right now.
If another Republican is voted in, the US is finished as a world power.

Yes, the US may keep it's vast military supremacy. AND it's stranglehold over financial institutions.

But as a moral, compassionate, prudent and sane country, it would be over.

McCain equals the death of American prestige.

Period.
