The disgust I have with the major news organization is second only to the utter contempt I have with the Bush administration.
I know that in the past some of you have listed the e-mail addresses of media outlets like Fox news, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, etc.., along with the personal e-mail addresses of people like Chris Matthews, Sean Hannity, O'Reilly and many others.
So I am asking your help in two ways:
1) I need a list of as many news organizations, news editors and commentators as I can get my hands on, so that I can eloquently and forcefully voice my distaste for the brand of rumor-mongering they are displaying in regard to SBVFT.
2) I realize that many of you already contact a number of these organizations to do exactly what I am wanting to do. But I am asking that we get as many DUers to do this in force, so that the impact may possibly affect the decision making process with regard to the way these organizations report such matters in the future.
I am not naiive, and don't honestly expect the news broadcasters to change the way they present stories, but I do know that absolutely nothing will change if we don't try. I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it anymore
Thanks for any help you can give me on this important matter. If there are any better ideas you can give me on this subject, please feel free to share them with me.

1. I am working on a media contacts database |
|
It's just about finished. I've got over 300 contact names and the companies for which they work.
I am going to put this on my website when it is finished.
The reason I'm telling you this is because the list that goes around with all the contacts is a bit much to wade through. I've got something a little bit more user-friendly on the way. It won't help you now, but it will in about 2 weeks.

7. Yes but those aren't connected together in one spot |
|
That's what I need. I need to be able to go to one place and get everything that I need.
So, I just took all of that great information on contacts and the links and put it all in one big database. Now I can run quick and easy mail merges and email 350 people at one time without having to cut and paste or search for anything.

8. Thanks for all of your help. |

The way I was researching this matter was very time consuming, and time is one luxury that is in small supply, since I work, have a family and a blog to maintain.
