The headline on their webpage is "Bush Urges Kerry To Condemn Attack Ads," in other words, they've turned the whole issue around. No mention in the entire body of the story that the Swift Hoax ads have been demonstrated, about as much as is humanly possible, to be false, and the story itself seems supportive of Bush. Time to change my home page.

2. Why do any of you watch these cable infotainment channels? |
|
Seriously, hardly anyone watches these stations. Yes, they are inept, biased, lazy, and in it for the money. But so what? Their effect is negligible. It just doesn't seem worth the bother of watching it, much less complaining about it. ???

3. Actually I don't watch TV at all. |

CNN has been my home page for quite some time now, which I just changed. I'd had some interesting interactions with their editorial staff over some of their rather peculiar journalism, but it gets to be too much after a while. The straw and the camel and all that. I don't want to believe they are biased, but this is an unusual headline and story, given the circumstances.

4. I think that you've made a good call. |

I don't know if they are biased along partisan lines, but I do know that they are sensationalist. It's good for the bottom line.
