Is it possible that I now dislike McCain more than I dislike Bush?
As misguided and evil as I consider Bush, I do believe that he's deluded himself into thinking that he's right. McCain, however, has taken the same horrible positions, even though there's evidence that he doesn't believe a word of what he's saying. Yet, he still pushes these points based on a pure, unadulterated lust to win.

2. They are both the same.
We've had a chance to know Bush better these last few years.

McSame is smarter, but just enough to be a bit more dangerous.

Perhaps McSame will get lost somewhere along the Iraq/Pakistan border, never to be seen again...

3. I've heard other people say that, too.
I think that Bush is kind of out-of-sight, out-of-mind, whereas McCain is on TV spewing garbage ad nauseum lately.

Right now I still hate Bush more, because so far, McCain is only *talking about* the damage he intends to inflict on the country.

4. "Bush is smarter and a better student and not as intellectually lazy."
There was only one candidate for either party that you could make that claim about, and by golly the Republican primary voters picked him against the wishes of the right wing media machine. Could the Republican base be addicted to stupid?

7. Bush allows others to do his thinking for him better..
McCain wants to control things. He's not very good at being handled.

5. That is a difficult question. I have always
disliked Bush, but considering Bush is just a drooling puppet I have to say I detest McCain more. McCain will go to any lengths to get his way. I cannot understand why anyone would vote for McCain.

11. I do too.
I think it's that I had a positive impression of McCain at one time and now it's completely gone.

Bush was smart enough to maintain a positive image and message in his first campaign. McCain isn't.

minded, two-faced and willing to sell his soul for personal advancement, Bush is just pure evil.

McCain still has a ways to go, but he does seem determined to get there!

13. McCain IS a better person than Bush. But Obama is a better candidate than either one.
And Obama will WIN if I have anything to say about it!

16. McCain is a fraud
that is maybe a little more intellectually open or curious (resulting in his penchant for gimmicks) than Bush but actually doesn't seem close in processing power.

McCain is a long term bump on a log, he has the least command of issues that I have ever seen.

Given the choice, I'd stick with Chimpy, at least his evil crooks have some level of competence. McCain and his crew are an embarrassment to an electoral process.
