Okay, so I'm watching the Lehrer News Hour on PBS -- tuned in late -- but I *think* I just heard

Okay, so I'm watching the Lehrer News Hour on PBS -- tuned in late -- but I *think* I just heard
that Hillary Clinton is going to deliver the keynote address at the Democratic convention.

I did an admittedly quick and cursory perusal of GD-P threads to see if there was any other mention of this in the forum, but I didn't see any.

Anyway, this tidbit of news came up during the Shields & Brooks segment. The consensus (Shields/Brooks/Lehrer) seemed to be that this was a smart and savvy move. (And I can't help but agree, btw.)

Did I miss a big announcement about this elsewhere?

At least, not usually. But hey, this is a ChangeCandidate(tm) year, so I suppose anything is possible...

Monday - HRC indroduced Bill Clinton
Tuesday - Obama
Wednesday - Edwards
Thursday - Kerry
