of what was said?

The part I caught had the communications expert remarking that the press gave so much attention to these charges while they ignored the questions about Bush's service in 2000.

1. I saw it
All in all, it wasn't terribly exciting. Playing the Republican, Gergen came down pretty hard on the Swifties but thought they had "taken a pint of blood" from Kerry and his challenge now was to make it back up. He said he thinks the conversation will change in a week with the convention and the whole thing will likely be history. The Annenberg woman pretty much stated the obvious the whole segment. She thinks the second ad might hurt Kerry and there is a real danger of the first ad backfiring.

2. Please send SBV links! I'm compiling
a SBV-Gate file with the help of DUers as a reference for us all.

Attach as links (or ideas, tips, etc.) as replies to the early form of the file in DU Editorials:

that they have "created doubt" and this what they are designed for.

4. Yes. Support is still there but is has "softened"
I said these ads would take a toll but it will not be permanent.
The searing spotlight of truth will yet take another turn on Bush.

5. ARRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!
WHY WHY WHYYYYYY do people keep saying (from all sides) that this next ad could hurt Kerry?????!!!

ALL that's gotta be said is:

SBV are being deceitful.

They very conveniently cut off the entire first half of Kerry's actual sentance.

Kerry never accused vets of atrocities.

Anyone who bothers to read Kerry's actual testimony will immediately know that the SBV are in fact just lying again.

PERIOD.
