why would I, as an individual, worry about tire pressure and tune ups...
when I could just as easily get a loan and set up an off-shore drilling operation?

than to find an off shore drilling rig that isn't already spoken for.

want you to spend every last dime you have, even reaching into your pocket for it. Now if you were an oil man, then they would be handing you suitcases full of cash. It's the repuke way.
