CNN reported that Bush looks like he is on the defensive
Edited on Tue Aug-24-04 02:48 PM by MelissaforKerry2004
earlier this afternoon...the anchor had the crossfire twits on and the repuke was just astonished that Bush is on the defensive...also the anchor said "isn't bush kinda going to be called a flip flopper if he changes positions on this issue?" and then brought up that looking at Kerry's senate record would be like looking at any other senate record talking about the "flip flops" Kerry might have made and that repuke from Crossfire said that adults can change their mind...so I was just watching in disbelief because it did sound like GOOD talk about Kerry...

I was surprised CNN reported any of this if that is true...I think Kerry did an okay job today...

also on Faux that blond woman was talking about the sbvt again and said "well maybe we should stop talking about it"....ya think???

NOW the bush camp wants to attack his senate record--this is what they are trying to move the discussion to...and I think that will give Kerry ammo to attack bush's previous record...no?

3. The reason they want to stop talking about it
is because now the liars are being discredited.
It's better for Bush to move on to a new issue before the counterattack by Kerry damages the smear.

4. Yep. Throw the mud, then change the subject

before the lies can be debunked.

...Not so fast, swifty.
