Note: I think this is just fine, and goes well with her much-deserved prominent speaking slot at the convention (and Thomason will surely do a great job with the video). I post this only because WAY too many people slammed DailyKos as some kind of fringe site yesterday, and I'm sick to death of seeing our democratic internet allies trashed around here.

Barack Obama's vanquished primary rival addresses convention delegates — and a national TV audience — on Aug. 26, the second night of the four-day event in Denver.

The Thomasons have been Clinton friends for decades, and they helped create Clinton's down-home campaign image with a pivotal film biography, "The Man From Hope," in 1992.

They have produced TV sitcoms, including "Designing Women" and "Evening Shade."
