What's your favorite McCain gaffe?

I mean favorite as in the one that most flabbergasted/appalled you. His gaffes really aren't funny.

This one floored me: responding to the Russia thing, he said "in the 21st century, countries don't occupy other countries." Ummm... he's missing something.

Though it's fading from memory at this point. It seems like they could have just glossed over it and corrected it later (like when people accidentally say Iraq instead of Iran or something) but Joe just couldn't wait to jump in!

5. By "favorite" I mean the absolute most insulting thing he ever said

was about how Americans wouldn't pick lettuce for 50 bucks an hour.

Thing is, he's never really been called out on it. Every time I heard about "bittergate" and how "elitist" Obama supposedly was, I kept screaming "BUT MCCAIN THINKS AMERICANS WON'T PICK LETTUCE FOR FIFTY BUCKS AN HOUR!"
