If McCain were to have a meltdown, it will be tonight. Unless
he's rigged up with an earphone for answers, or had access to these questions, he is not going to survive...

3. Most of these questions are hand-tailored for Republicans. Should be easy stuff for McCain.
However, if anyone could screw them up, he could. I wonder if he will have a hump back like Bush did under these circumstances? Someone from his campaign has to be listening to this and drilling him. There's no way they'd let him wing it. That would be a disaster.

5. He's been coached hard of late to stay on message
He'll be asked to explain prior anti-Evangelical comments he's made, and he'll be asked something amounting to "why should we trust you any more than Obama?" I think he'll also be asked about his personal views on marriage and fidelity. He'll have answers for all of this.

8. Overcoaching will show through also
Like it did with the CNN Compassion Forum back in February that had Hillary and Obama. Obama shined brilliantly. You could almost hear the earpiece in Hillary's ear telling her what to say and how to say it.
