Harry and Louise return...
http://www.harryandlouisereturn.com/

Harry and Louise have returned to promote a new multi-million dollar ad campaign that will air on national television throughout the Democratic and Republican conventions. In light of ever increasing health care costs and increasing numbers of people without health insurance coverage, Harry and Louise will urge the next President and Congress to put health care at the top of the domestic agenda.

3. They were used against Hillary's healthcare proposals back when Bill was president
Middle-aged married couple sitting around the kitchen table, drinking coffee, and as any typical couple in America, they were reading Hillary's entire health care proposal and discussing it.

2. This could be hilarious!
Scene: Harry and Louise in a rundown tenement. Louise goes to the medicine cabinet and opens bottle after bottle of prescription meds, finding each bottle empty or very nearly so. She returns to the living room, and explains to her diabetic/heart diseased husband that he is nearly out of his direly needed meds and it is only the 12th of the month.

They look sadly at each other and say, "Boy, were we ever stupid."

4. So is this a "non-partisan" group doing this?
Unfortunately, a democratic group couldn't bring them back right now and have them say things like, "I guess we were wrong 15 years ago. Look what letting republicans manage our healthcare has wrought!" because of their association with Hillary - either the Obama camp wouldn't want to give her too much publicity, or it would look like Obama was trying to steal Hillary's big topic and make it his own after she took the lumps.

6. The ad is alright. It's a little silly though.
Are those the original Harry and Louise actors? It has kind of a weird subtext though. Like these people were against universal health care a decade ago but now that they're getting older and their friends are getting cancer, suddenly they're for it. But I guess if tapping into the selfishness of that certain age group is what needs to be done to get universal health care then so be it.

8. Watch the Harry and Louise ad and tell your health care story
Watch the new Harry and Louise ad

Just like Harry and Louise, people all over the country sit around their kitchen tables sharing their concerns about health care with family and friends.

We want to know what you're talking about. Our mission is to make health care a top priority in this year's elections, and your stories will help us make the strongest case for quality, affordable health care for all.

Are you concerned about pre-existing condition? High premiums? Nearly 50 million uninsured Americans? Let us know!
