I have no problem if Hagel finds himself in a cabinet position after Obama is elected but only because there is a tendency of presidents finding a few folks from other parties to add to the cabinet. I think Hagel, Chafee and Jeffords would be good additions.

In retrospect, I have to wonder if some of them were Republican trolls--or just really, really uninformed. Or maybe it was 50% trolls and 50% people who were dumb enough to be taken in by the trolls.

15. You always have to ask yourself "What happens if the VP becomes the Pres"

If the VP is someone like Biden, Richardson, Sebelius, Kaine - hey, we're in good hands.

But if we had picked someone like McCain OR someline like Hagel - well there's alot that can wrong. Perhaps they'll stick with a few policies of the late president but each of these men would bring their own agenda to the plate.
