Kerry not talking about the issues?
I had been watching the cable news shows this week until I suffered some sort of overload seizure. One subject that always came up, whether prompted by the "interviewer" or asserted by anti-Kerry guest, is that Kerry is running only on his identity as a Viet Nam War hero and his experience in that war.

I don't know what these people are watching, but other than that "Reporting for duty" salute at the DNC, since then every time I've seen Kerry addressing a crowd he's been doing anything but that. He doesn't come into a town hall meeting, or a meeting with union members and say, "Vote for me because I'm a war hero." Maybe that played a part in the primaries, but I haven't seen anything that reinforces this characterization of his campaign strategy.

Every time I see him speak he IS talking about the real issues, addressing the concerns of the people with detailed answers. And despite some the posts I've read, he's been very critical about the Bush administration's handling of the war in Iraq.

I'm inclined to think that Kerry's strategy is that after the RNC and Labor Day, he's going to start hitting hard at both the failed economic and foreign policies of the Bush administration.

Am I alone here?

3. yes, in fact they cut away from his speeches as soon as he starts on the
issues. yesterday and today they showed him thinking he would talk about the smear boat losers, and he did make some mentions either directly or indirectly to what was going on ,but most of his speech was about health care, jobs, education , iraq, and other issues and they cut away as soon as he started talking about all that.

after they cut away they had some whores on and they claim kerry isn't talking about the issues .

4. Jon Stewart should do a comedy routine of it
Too bad they missed that when Kerry was on.

Make a great skit, Kerry giving speech on issues, while a scroll runs by underneath complaining that Kerry refuses to talk about the issues.
