Arizona
McCain 47, Obama 41

Colorado
Obama 46, McCain 43

Nevada
McCain 47, Obama 41

New Mexico
McCain 45, Obama 41

Utah
McCain 62, Obama 23
Gov: Huntsman (R-i) 73, Springmeyer (D) 9

Wyoming
McCain 62, Obama 25

(ONLY other surprise is McCain leading in New Mexico, but other polls in that state have Obama up.

2. Obama's doing fine in this poll. All those states went to Bush in 2004
Obama is up in Colorado and while they have NM as leaning towards McCain most other polls have Obama up in that state. Nevada is going to be close and we have an outside chance in McCain's home state.
Utah and Wyoming are not factors as they are solid red states.

3. Mason Dixon polls are particularly unfriendly toward Dems
These are good numbers actually. I'm also not particularly worried about NM. Obama is doing well among Latinos and every other poll I have seen has had him up in the state. I'm thinking this is the outlier. NV will be tougher, but I think he has good shot there as well.

The AZ numbers are quite close and this isn't the first to show that. And I can't help but thinking Biden will help. These numbers are likely pre-VP.
