My husband and I went on Saturday, and met some of the greatest people. We were right on the fence line, but JUST out of reach of Obama, as you'll see in one of the pictures. The fence was just a little too far from the stage, where we were at :(

It was a HOT day, and as you'll see - many people were a bit sunburned... But it was so very worth it. Well, enjoy...

6. It's hard to explain - but YES!

It's a completely different feel, and energy. We saw several segments on the news, and it just wasn't the same. Before he came out - people were fainting left and right from heat exhaustion and no access to water or food. Once he came out - a wave of energy rode in with him - and I swear to god, even I felt worlds better. I even had the energy to walk back to the hotel afterwards. Before hand, I was sitting on the ground wondering if I would make it. We had been in line since 7:30AM. And although we ate breakfast, and had plenty of water in line - access to water once inside the capitol grounds was pretty much cut off. Most people waited an additional 3 hours until he came out - in the sun, with little to no water. The set up wasn't well thought out in that regard.

20. It's always heartwaming to see a women for Obama sign. He'll do right by women I'm more than sure->

Especially as he has a house of females. Biden appears to have a great record for women too a champion for eradicating breat cancer.

21. Yes, I'm very happy with how things turned out.

I know there's been quite a bit of strife as we try to unify, and Obama selects his running mate. In the end, I can't think of a better combination for right now.
