Watch all the introspective fence sitters/converts post convention.. |

I'm thinking people who were at some point bush supporters who everyone says have been supposedly converted or who are raising public questions about shrubby and their feelings on him. The most high profile example is someone like Andrew Sullivan, but c'mon. You all know people like that and you've posted on here about their miraculous conversions and whatnot. Maybe like Sully they are only apprehensive about Bush on one particular issue (ie. gays), maybe it's two. Who knows.
Let's face it, these are people who at some point have been susceptible to bush's charms and at some point or another believed the republican platform spoke to them. I guarantee now what will happen is that they'll watch the convention, hear the shiny happy talk, see people like McCain, and Gulliani, and even Arnold, and watch Bush say a few strong words, maybe even throw a little god talk in there, maybe even crack a moderately amusing joke at his own expense.
This will start what you will see to be the quick "reverse conversion" process, I can most definitely guarantee.
This isn't a chicken little post because I don't think any of these people will in and off themselves ultimately make a difference. But I can almost hear their predictable responses to all this crap.

1. Add on to that the rest of the Swift Liars fallout and Bush may bounce |
|
The Swift Liars controversy added on to the convention may mean a bigger than expected bounce for Bush.
Get ready to get angry.
