Convention watching suggestions

If you're like me you want to throw your shoe at the TV screen every time Wolf Blitzer or Candy Crowley opens their mouths, or you just wish they would shut up so you could actually watch the Mayor of Denver speak or a performer perform.

Living in Canada the only American cable news channel we get is CNN (MSNBC and Fox are considered "extras" and must be purchased) which left me a little disappointed and worried that I'd have to suffer with Candy and Wolf on my HD TV (hey I wanna see it in HD if I can)

Luckily CPAC (the Canadian version of CSPAN) is carrying the convention every night, and I also stumbled onto PBS (which we get from Buffalo) that actually provides decent coverage with little commentary, besides Jim Lerher seems like a nice guy. The best watching by far though is online at the Dems site, and it gives it in HD if you want to hook it up to your TV, no commercials and no commentary, just straight Dems!
