One of the best political speeches I ever heard in person.... |

...was delivered by Joe Biden. He gave it during the 2005 Florida Jefferson Jackson Dinner. The audience was so captivated and fixed on Biden's every word, you could hear a pin drop in the auditorium. It was intense.
Between him and Clinton, we should be in for a treat tonight.

2. yeah, for me, Biden is the ones I'm anticipating. |

I've heard Bill Clinton speak before so for me, I'm used to him. I'm not so used to Biden and I'm really curious as to what he has to say. The IL speech, I considered only a primer because he only had like 5 hours to slap that together (at least that's what I hear).

Biden's speech on 9/10/01, the night before the Towers went down - gave me a glimpse of the unbelievable wisdom that that man has in his head...It was on CSpan. Someone posted it here when I brought it up last year; I thought I had bookmarked it, but couldn't find it.
Encourage CSpan and any other network to show that speech, or at least part of it.
Makes Condy Rice's "historical" comment about the warnings we had suitable for the toilet. And she got a promotion for her idiotic display of ignorance in the hearings that followed...
