It does anger me that Hillary can talk about sexism and the historic moment of being the first woman to come close to the presidency (and I don't blame Hillary) but Barack has to keep tight lipped about this, can never talk about race nor can anyone else. We all know what's going on and no one has even uttered those words, not even Clyburn. It has to be mentioned tomorrow, on the 45th anniversary of MLK Jr's speech. C'mon, something!

2. I never thought I'd see a black Presidential nominee in my lifetime.
I thought I'd see a woman, though, and that's only because Hillary showed up on the scene in the '90's. I wonder why people don't talk about it? Do they think it might be rude?

3. I don't think he needs to.
It IS a historic moment and I think (hope) that all of us involved in helping this happen won't need any cues as to its significance.

History will remember this though.

6. I know ...
But I thought you'd be happy that it wasn't entirely ignored.
