Oh, man, I wish my dad were still alive to see
this.
He hated those MFing Rethugs (esp. Bush) so much
and would be glad to see a son of Illinois (where
he spent so much of his life, although not a
native) doing such a GREAT job tonight!
(BTW -- He was an Adlai Stevenson supporter back
in the '50s, which caused a rift in his family
that NEVER HEALED ... His brother was an Ike
man and until their deaths, they NEVER talked
politics after that because they both believed
so strongly in their respective ideologies.)
