9. MSNBC just had a one paragraph response that was nonsensical. Chuck

Todd said it sounded like something that they could have written before the speech and he thinks the McCain camp didn't know how to respond to this. Said maybe they had a focus group and it could have focused really well, and so they are trying to formulate what to say.
