Can you imagine how the Bidens are feeling about now?

Think about it. In a matter of days Joe has gone from being a relatively well-known and well-liked Senator from Delaware, to the Vice Presidential nominee on one of the largest, most historic campaigns in history. And is soon to be ELECTED Vice President.

I know he's been in politics for years, but still - the feeling must be incredible.

11. Call me naive... but I think there's genuine affection between the families.

I was watching Malia and one of Joe's grand-daughters after the speech ... and they seemed like they WERE becoming friends. Jill is a profoundly good person. Her comfort with and good will towards Michelle and the kids is very evident.
