I think McCain just conceded the election.
He knows that he doesn't have a chance, so he is just withdrawing the celebrity and experience cards. I don't think he is serious abuot winning now.

it says he cannot win without the Hillary Democrats but it's conditioned with doing the bidding of the fundies on life.

Extremely desperate. I cannot believe he did this.
