Here's what Hillary should say: Palin pick is insulting and patronizing to women.
She should hunt down the first available TV camera and say this: The pick of Sarah Palin for McCain's VP is patronizing and an insult to women. John McCain apparently things women are so gullible that they would blindly vote for any ticket that includes a woman on it, no matter how unqualified she is for high elective office. This choice shows disrespect for the principle of equality, and disregard for the fact that women are entitled to more than token representation in government.

1. Precisely! BombBomb chose someone so OBVIOUSLY inexperienced ...
that it REEKS of tokenism.

I was thinking why didn't he pick Elizabeth Dole if he
wanted a woman? She ran for president several cycles
ago (maybe also in 2000), she's been a Cabinet Secretary,
is now a Senator, from a southern state ... Maybe (pro-
bably!) there's bad blood between the Doles and the
BombBombs but that would have made more sense had
he wanted to put an experienced woman on the ticket.

2. Ironically, Hillary makes the perfect attack dog against a woman.
And being semi-independent of the campaign, it can't blow back on Obama.

3. I wish! But I don't expect her to.
I suspect she won't speak a word against her, and will probably say something noncommittal about how great it is to see women ascending in the Republican party, but that Obama is still the best choice for the country. Hillary could be a great asset as an attack surrogate for Obama, but I'd bet money that she won't.
