The Rethuglican candidate pulls a really creepy, stupid stunt that if the Dems pulled, would be pilloried as the most over-the-top machination ever foisted upon Americans; that is the nomination of an inexperienced, self-aggrandizing, ridiculous person for the job which admittedly is conceivably the most important job-in-waiting in the known universe. Rather than choosing a female who had some credentials, he chose a admittedly glamorous (presuming you'd like that type) lady who has no resume at all whatsoever. but she is pretty - in fact, she wears glasses so that people don't see just how stunningly beautiful she is. Okay? With me so far?
So the FACT that she is young (relatively) and beautiful (can we grant that?) and thus chosen by this ridiculous man and his campaign for these reasons alone, and those are her assets BY WHICH SHE WAS CHOSEN, not those which we might be able to discern on her particularly thin resume, ready...here it comes...
THEN THOSE OF US WHO POINTED THIS OUT IN A SATIRICAL MANNER ON THE THREADS ARE CONSIDERED 'SEXIST'.
Never mind the fact that the Rethug establishment is massively sexist, chose her, and outrageously foisted this upon the People of the United States of America, we ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SATIRIZE THIS MOVE. because that would be 'sexist' and thus, demeaning to women.
Well, her statement comparing herself to Hillary Clinton is not only utterly without merit, but is fallacious, and in its own right terribly sexist, because the only thing they have in common politically, socially, intellectually, and every other -ally, is the fat that they're both women elected to a position in government.
As the character in the film "Spaceballs" pointed out, "Evil will always win out over Good, because Good is Dumb." You want to play this "Dumb", concede that she's just a great example of female success and capability and you'll be calling her Mrs. Vice-President on January 20th. Don't bother to mention the fact that there are many women in the Republican sphere who possessed a resume and qualifications as well as experience at the National level for many years. We may not like them much, but that's another issue entirely.
