I admit, I was wrong about Obama

on two counts. One, I didn't trust him to include gays and lesbians in his vision of America. The convention has proven me wrong. I also thought the press would turn on him when he won. To a large extent, the press hasn't turned on him yet. Apparently it was more love of Obama than I was giving them credit for. I am very glad to have been wrong. It is clear that even McCain's campaign thinks he is in trouble. Governor Palin is the ultimate Hail Mary while Biden was the ultimate safe choice. Both Obama and McCain clearly think the races is Obama's to lose. We should savor this race.
